Testo 104 Fold-Away Thermometer is ideal for core temperature measurments of liquid, semi-solids and viscous media. When not in use, the probes rugged metail joint allows it be to folded away and kept in it's protective case until needed again. This features coupled with the units light weight design enables the user to carry out quick and easy spot checks during production, storage and processing of food.

With the metal folding joint, the probe can be used to take a measurement of a sample when folded out to an angle of only 30°C. This feature allows reliable readings to be taken even in difficult to reach places. 

With a protection class of IP65, the Testo 104 can be cleaned under running water after each use and in any condition. The non-slip rubber surface of the instrument guarantees easy and safe handling whilst taking measurement.

Adhesive coloured strips are supplied with each instrument. Simply attach a strip to each instrument for allocation to either a specific area or technician.
