Rapid Temperature Measurement in Food Control

Testo 106 digital thermometer allows fast, accurate measurements of the core temperature of food (or other semi-solid products). The very thin and robust measurement tip makes the instrument an excellent tool to take care of temperature checks in kitchens, restaurant chains, supermarkets or food in transit. 

Both a visual and acoustic alarms notify the user instantly if a temperature measurement is outside of critical limits. Each instrument can be programmed with upper and lower temperature limits specific for the critical control point for the samples to be measured. The Testo 106 also features the automatic final value recognition (auto-hold) to help ensure rapid and correct measurement recording.
